For the General Elections I created 4 to 7 Issue-focused direct mail postcards for 9 State Representative Campaigns. No stock graphics for these campaigns—everything was created custom! All told I designed more than 60 direct mail pieces during the final weeks of the election cycle.

All the stops were pulled out in this highly contested race by Enriquez to unseat Fernandez.

From concept graphics to final art this Green Algae mailer on behalf of incumbent Florida State Representative Toby Overdorf was a fun piece to work on. The green algae water was a little freaky though!

This piece mailed as an 8.5“ x 11“ and opened up to a monstrous 17“ x 22”!

Two no holds barred State Representative races—8.5“ x 11“ postcard mailers against the opposition.

The trick to these mailers for Robyn Stone was how to make a bunch of bad, low resolution images of influential people look good in print! Thankfully I have a couple tricks up my sleeve for challenging situations like these.

As an illustrator I use stock graphics, illustrations and icons as a last resort. Consequently all such imagery used in my political portfolio and nearly all my work is custom.
